I disagree with this! The EXCO are a bunch of guys doing a thankless job. How can you say they're taking care of themselves and their buddies? Everything good or bad happens by seniority. It's pretty hard to keep everyone on a seniority list happy. They just try and do their best for the group as a whole.
Not true. Capital was ALPA and the MEC (CH) blew off the seniority list and agreed to allow the company to furlough out of order so he wouldn't get cut. Then secured himself a position in management.
