I'm not concerned about flow-thru. It doesn't make sense that mainline would hold your support of their contract offer against you. Also, it seems like a huge double standard. It's ok to work at mainline, but everyone else should stand tall and take it on the chin against horrible mainline.
The company is not the only party involved in the mainline hiring process.
