You are not technically displaced. Forget the T and the 5 your fleet is the 757/767. As long as you stay in your base and on your fleet you are not displaced. So if you don't get trained you don't get trained. Now if it was a surplus bid then you would have displacement rights.

Also all New hires need to keep in mind that DMA training is not a PC or a LOFT so your base month stays the same and you will still have to do your proby ride. so you get three seperate training events this year.
