You're dismissed for lack of bringing any tangible evidence to support your claims other than fuzzy math, insults and innuendos.

I know you've been around long enough to question what our MEC does and why? "It's got ALPA's endorsement." Has to be one of the lamest excuses in any discussion. Sure in this case they agreed to it and it's a done deal but it doesn't mean it's right.

I'll remind you of the Bathurst "Stock Allocation grab". What was it 95% of the MEC took the cash and only 20% of the rank and file did. The MEC came out explaining that rank and file had all the information they had and just made a poor choice. The cash ended up being worth more than 4 times the stock. They didn't tell us that if everybody to the cash it would be worth the value of the stock. Carve out? Endorsed by ALPA!

Or, how about the retirement "Stove pipe deal". Care to guess who put that deal together and benefited the most. Hint, it wasn't those greedy senior guys or those naive junior guys. Look at the composition of the group that put it together. This has been documented on several fronts. No numbers were ever released on who got what based on legal and the R&I guy back then (who was that again?) made it convenient. Endorse by ALPA!

Best for last. How about the "Whiteford RJ deal". Of course, Endorsed by ALPA.

Was BAT a carve out or did JH just give up after fighting the company and the CAL MEC and wanted to stop the carnage. I don't know but it's wasn't to benefit pilots because it locked out a number of guys from bidding the 756( again EWR only had 10 756 Captain and about 40 BAT bids). Looking at the latest BAT awards a number of guys on the 76T JFK were senior enough to bump into any airplane, seat and domicile on the system but BAT eliminated those bump rights.

What??? YOU just get it, meaning YOU understand it and YOU have no problem with it. We understand it's about YOU and give YOU the last word............meaning we are done with YOU.
