Jumping ship
A lateral is risky, no guarantee you'd get CLT with PSA by the time you went through training etc. PSA may be a very different company in a few years with possible merger of wholly owned regionals. Basing is a rough thing to count on at regionals. If I were in training with Mesa, I'd bail for PSA no question. It's a much better company in many ways. If you're strictly a get in get out type Mesa May work but I've witnessed few execute on the quick escape. Commuting is a soul sucking proposition that seems unavoidable in this industry.
