I think in the future airlines will shy away from the guys that got hired at a regional with 300hrs, I would much rather hire an individual who spent over a 1,000 hrs flying out of pure enjoyment.................than maybe they got some turbo-prop experience, than to a jet, I would much rather have that individual fly for my airline than someone who got his ratings in 2 months then got their job flying a jet with 300hrs, cause we all know these guys think they deserve it, after all............. they "put in their time"................but then again I could just be biased cause I am one of the pilots above.................you guys that know me, know which one

Flame away..............but I truly think a majority of HR likes people that have a more well-rounded flying background, as opposed to someone who knows very little other than gear up/down...............
