If Mesa were my company, I'd be asking several questions. Why is there an incentive to waste money and resources on candidates that have no right being there in the first place? Is this waste characteristic of other parts of their business plan? Does the company care so little for their people that they risk putting a black mark on your career forever as a ploy to attract as many applicants as possible? In what other ways is the company putting all the risk on my future career and my certificates that all the other cheerleaders are hiding?

My question here is, why do you all immediately come to the defense of Mesa? You are allowed to have a critical opinion and one that is not fed to you by recruiters and managers. It's healthy and might actually eventually lead to contract and QOL gains.
1) WHY are you "always here to inform Mesa new hires" of our PRIVATELY HELD company's hiring policies? Did you fail training here?

I find it soooooo obvious that you and FaceBiter never, ever, ever respond to me every time I query you in this thread about WHY you care SO MUCH about Mesa's hiring if you don't even work here.

2) It's absolutely hilarious you're questioning Mesa's business practices, as if you're like Brian Bedford or Roger Cohen or something. Dude you have no idea how to run a corporation of this size, and if you did you sure as heck wouldn't been trolling around in a Mesa Airlines thread on APC. LOLLLLL.
