How many of you getting interview invites are taking time to get the sim prep done? And what current gouge is floating around for the interview questions/topics? I've read through this entire thread and haven't found/remember seeing any information pertaining to these two discussion items.

I took the time to get both a sim prep and an interview prep. It took a few years to get the phone call in the first place, and I wanted to know if I wasn't successful, that I gave it my best shot. I do know of a few instances where some fellow applicants thought their sim performances disqualified them. If you can minimize the risk of an unsatisfactory interview for what could be a once in a lifetime opportunity to have a potentially fruitful career, why not?
As for the interview prep, I didn't know what I didn't know about interviewing. Get it done early.
