Sorry, can't help you with reserve questions.
As for commuting...it seems that JFK has better trips for commuting than BOS. Don't know about commuting to LGB.
Maybe someone else could help answer these questions.
Average line holder? Difficult to answer. If you live in base and can hold one-day trips your daily productivity will be high (7+hours/day). Bottom line holders get the un-commutable 4-5day trips with low average daily credit.
