It's pretty much what APC lists on the Mesa page. $22.18 an hour, guaranteed 76 hours a month. That's $1,685 per month as a first year FO.

There's per diem (I think $1.44/hour), taxes taken out, direct withdrawal for certain items like luggage/uniform. A friend told me to expect around $21,000 the first year, $29,000/$30,000 second year.

During training, that monthly rate applies, except it's prorated for when you started during the month. So if you start on the 10th, expect to be paid 2/3 of that monthly wage the first month.

One other thing to keep in mind - the pay days are delayed. We started July 10, but the first paycheck wasn't until August 1. After that, it's every two weeks. So just know you might have to tighten your belt those first few weeks unless you have a little saved up.
