Do other companies give mil leave credit? I've worked for 2 regionals now, and it's the same story: I take mil leave when I want, any duty that gets dropped comes off of my credit for the bid - even if it falls below guarantee.
This was my assumption; however, I'm sure each contract differs in how much of a credit reduction each MIL day is worth. For instance, at my company, each day of leave reduces min bid credit by 2.5 hours while drill days have no credit assigned to them.
Since we use PBS, a preassigned drill weekend would not reduce our minimum bid requirement = they are considered days off. I was just curious if this is industry standard.
