SKW gives 2.5 virtual credit per mil day, but no double dip. You probably have to work for the government to double dip, or one of a few rare private sector companies. No airlines that I know of offer double dip.

If a company is treating drills differently than long-term AD then they are probably breaking the law. The only distinction USERRA makes between the two is that the company has the right to see your orders for leave longer than thirty days.

Also, in addition to standard USERRA benefits they have to give you any benefits they offer to employees taking any other sort of leave (such as travel bennies).
