SKW gives 2.5 virtual credit per mil day, but no double dip. You probably have to work for the government to double dip, or one of a few rare private sector companies. No airlines that I know of offer double dip.
If a company is treating drills differently than long-term AD then they are probably breaking the law. The only distinction USERRA makes between the two is that the company has the right to see your orders for leave longer than thirty days.
Also, in addition to standard USERRA benefits they have to give you any benefits they offer to employees taking any other sort of leave (such as travel bennies).

But if a private sector company wants to offer that, there's no reason they shouldn't if it makes sense for their business.
But instead of full double dip its reasonable to pay enough to bring the employee s mil pay up to his civilian pay.

I agree with regards to civil service employees...That arrangement is borderline fraud.

That makes sense. I was wondering if there was a situation/airline that allowed a person to do military leave while still getting PAID. That might have been what the OP was asking. It wouldn't make sense that a person should get paid by the military and their current job.
I just added questions regarding pay credit just in-case someone, somewhere, had negotiated that in somehow. Anyhow, as it stands, my company does not allot credit time to drill weekends. So, we still must bid a full line in addition to those mil days - they are just considered days off. I wanted to determine whether this was or wasn't the case elsewhere.

However, that is the choice of the crew member and not the company's. If a company tries to "persuade" you to use vacation to cover military leave, they are likely doing something illegal.

First there are several companies that continue to pay military members when they are on leave, although there are limits and accrual for military leave with pay. I don't know of any in the airline industry though.
As for Republic
Pre-awarded MIL leave is. -2.5hrs per day for pay and a virtual credit for scheduling of 4 hours
Post-awarded (after bids) is -4 hrs for a day of reserve, -4 hours or the value of the day missed for line holder or reserve notified of a trip on that day.
Since we generally can't rejoin trips a post awarded mil day in a 4-day trip can result in -20 hrs in a month. So it's always good to ask to rejoin the trip but good luck...
