I agree with regards to civil service employees...That arrangement is borderline fraud.

But if a private sector company wants to offer that, there's no reason they shouldn't if it makes sense for their business.

But instead of full double dip its reasonable to pay enough to bring the employee s mil pay up to his civilian pay.
