Paper vs. electronic. Either is fine. Mine have always been paper, and always will be. I log leg-by-leg, so when I showed up I had 7 logbooks, and it wound up leading to a nice conversation on then-vs-now, and the merits to each. I could tell that the pilot on the panel was impressed. Did it factor into me getting the job? Dunno. Doesn't matter.
