Yep. People always seem to think that passing the checkride is the big deal, but if you've never flown 121 or a jet, IOE is the big deal.
I remember AE had a 30 hour max for IOE. If you weren't cutting it by then you were out. Now some regionals are allowing people to fly 80 hours on IOE...
How many hours is IOE at Mesa ?
Do they let you jump seat during the training process to get an idea of what. IOE will look like?
