Mesa's contract essentially allows you to upgrade at whatever the minimum FAA reqs are to be a 121 CA. AKA ATP + the 1000 hours 121/135(k)PIC/etc. time requirement (121.436).
Wow no kidding?! So if you have 1000 SIC (because that's all that 121.436 requires as I read it) and the ATP you're good for the upgrade at Mesa?
