We're looking at this from two different view points. I'm assuming you are a fairly recent addition to Mesa? The way I see it, I was a very junior CRJ captain but am now half way up the totem pole of the EJet. Unless Mesa is forced to drop the silos, the most senior captains are stuck on the CRJ.
And as far as 91/121 flying, the company can fly you unlimited under 91 but must make sure all rest requirements have been met before you can jump back to 121 ops.
So you went from CRJ CA to EJET CA? You must be part of the initial cadre as any other way would be a violation of the CBA.
And yes, we are talking about two different points. I'm talking about senior FOs and the ability to hold CRJ vs EJET.
