IMHO absolutely confess to everything... maybe not on the resume, but certainly on any application. Seven years clean helps. If I were interviewing you, possession at 16 doesn't even rate a yawn: I know how dumb I and my friends were. DWAI, I want to hear what you did to change your decision making. 135 you have been on a random drug testing program, so that is a plus.
I have a 50 year old buddy (non pilot) who is a convicted felon: grand theft Christmas tree. He and his buddies cut down a 25 foot pine valued at $2800 for the frat house. He still has to report it. Of course, for him it becomes a laughable TMAT story that, he says, has tipped the scales in his favor. But if he DID NOT disclose it, the company could fire him at any time for filling out a fraudulent application.
