Again, to be safe, I would report everything. ANY legal infraction that qualifies should be disclosed. You do not under any circumstances, want to be fired for failure to disclose something.
That would be the nail in the coffin for any airline job - so don't do it. People will forgive mistakes that were made. What people are hesitant to forgive is knowingly attempting to deceive.
