The answer needs to be something better than "The pay and the schedules." That won't cut it. The pay and the schedules are NOT that much better at Compass or SkyWest to make much of a difference.
I understand that some places have cancellation pay and other such things but to some people, the lack of those things isn't a deal breaker so why bust their ass because they made a decision based on
their personal needs and issues rather than what you may think their needs and issues should have been??
