All I'm asking is to look at the results of your theory so far. They will not work under the current structure of the regionals. Trying to lay the blame on one or two pilot groups just isn't the way to fix it. The "Moral" Ima git on my high horse and tell everyone who they should work for while I accept what I got and wont lift a finger to change anything" will not and has not and never will work.

I agree with a lot of the theory. I'm just telling you, that thought has been the popular thinking since deregulation and what have the results been? For results we have to change the whole structure of the union system. Then it will change. I have what I think will work layed out. But there has to be one list and one group (Almost like a union). Fighting amongst regional guys will keep the system just like it is now. The proof is in the history.
