Prior to CLT drawing down, most new guys went to Dulles. Charlotte was a little more senior, and Phoenix was most senior. That's all in flux now. Because ORD is just about done and gone to IAD, that's even bigger, so you'd think new-hires might be there even longer. Then again, East coast guys who've long held CLT might now decide to go to IAD, filling that up. When Dallas starts operating around the end of the year/start of next year, that might be a popular option and draw people away from traditionally-hard-to-hold Phoenix.

So it's hard to say, but with the amount of growth and rearranging of chess pieces, you can probably get to any one of the domiciles within a few months (friend of mine got Phoenix 3 months after hire, I'm hoping for the same).

Of course, it's all irrelevant if you're ERJ. Then you'll go to Houston.
