Do you not see that there is no correlation between what ALPA did in the 1970's concerning FedEx and what they're doing now? We are part of ALPA now, FedEx was not then. ALPA supported
their members on deregulation.
And actually, I can have it both ways. I was adamantly opposed to deregulation in the 1970's. But, I'm also happy that my
latest airline(FedEx) is very profitable.
Things change, that was my point.
You, I think, were attempting to make the point that "ALPA national" tried to screw us back then. As if it somehow relates to what they're doing now. It's apples and oranges.
