It's going to be awhile before they call folks off the street. They're currently looking at offering FLOPs pilots interview slots here at Flexjet (I've heard as many as 50-60). If they don't get the quota they're looking for by September 15 then they'll look at calling the guys that have already done the phone interview. There will be subsequent windows where FLOPs pilots will once again be offered interviews based on aircraft delivery.

Originally projected to be -1 aircraft for 2014 but was just revised to be maybe +8 or 9 by year's end, which is driving the sudden hiring.
