What kind of people with prior 121 are washing out? It can't be harder than any other 121 training, if you put the work in it should be a non-event... A lot of work and probably stressful, but a non-event if you give the effort.
I'm wondering if folks are coming in with a chip on their shoulder because of their previous 121 experience and think MAG will just be a cake walk.
