You'd have to smoke a WHOLE lot of crack to start believing that kind of stuff. The only chemicals added to jet fuel that I know about would be anti-freeze additives and/or stuff to prevent the fuel from atomizing easily in the event of a crash...the idea being to prevent or minimize explosions.
Don't forget about the additive for algea in the fuel. We used to combine it with fuel loads in the early to mid -'90s. I just can't remember the name of it. Twenty points to the person that can.
