Why are you moving to Boise? If the answer is a girl (or a guy), this does not end well.

Don't lock yourself into Horizon or any other carrier. When you get a job that you think you can handle (or that has the quick upgrade, or the airplane you want to fly, or the least bad pay of the offers you are getting, etc.), move for the job. You won't have to commute, you can make extra money in base, and you will, on the whole, be much happier.
