That's the way of the regionals. In 10, 15 years when PSA's operating cost get to high, someon will undercut them and then they'll start losing planes. It's capitalism, and as much as we d like to stick together, the truth is we are all competing against each other for jobs. Unfortunately there will always be enough pilots with dual incomes, young pilots that can live off 20K, and older piloted that just want something to do.
