How much per diem are ejet guys getting per month? I'm trying to get a realistic and hopefully accurate idea of how much money to expect on first year pay including per diem. Per diem is new to me. At my current airline I'm home to my base every night and we don't get per diem.

Also, is 76 hours/mo pretty much what people are getting on the ejet side? Are a good amount of people breaking guarantee?
