Your math is getting fuzzy. You can't average our current 28 dollar starting pay vs New jet 24 dollar starting pay and call it the same. We are accepting the 24 dollar jet starting rates because the rest of you distinguished know it all's already accepted lowball starting rates, so what choice have we? The jet rates increase faster over 4 years. Also, remember, we currently fly the 50 seater for the same rate as the 37 seater as FOs. CAs get an override on the 50 seater. It is a raise...
