How about 12 year Capt on a dash 8-100 to a 76 seat jet. $22 per hour raise with this LOA. But I guess that one doesn't support your argument so we'll forget about it .
You are right, I only posted FO pay. Not because I wanted to hide the other facts but because this is what people are starting at. God forbid, people get stuck for years on the right seat, within 5 years based on the yearly increase of cost of living, they would be min wage workers. Selling out half of a seniority list that is already making very little money to pay the top guys more is nothing to be proud of either. Also while the top pay will be 20 bucks more, it is also 20 dollars less for comparable airframes at other respectable carriers...
