When I first posted that, I had it in my head that AA was giving 700's to PSA, not transferring them from Envoy. Hadn't read the story closely enough before posting; my mistake. It seemed surprising because I had heard a few rumors about Mesa acquiring some more 700's for the American feed.

But for clarification, are these alleged (South American?) 700's to be bought by Mesa or by AA and then lent to Mesa?
