I completely agree. I've had several j/s peeps lately having interviews coming up. Here or AA. All f/o never upgraded. And several = 6 in last 2 months. They all could have upgraded every F'n 1 of them.
There is also a 100% chance 50% or more were split tails.
HR is out there to make sure we are all safe though
And then there's those of us who took the first upgrade, got PIC as quickly as possible taking QOL hits due to reserve and low in base seniority and only want to work for UAL and can't get a call to save our lives.
I wish I knew what the magic formula was.
