This has worked for me:

Big breakfast (eggs, potato etc) - Will increase how tired you feel
Sleep in dark room with phone off right after breakfast
Wake up after 6/7 hours
Go workout/run errands/Kids
Repeat.

I swear everyone that flew those on a regular basis after several years looked older than their actual age by 5-10 years for the most part.
