What gives? Just hoping this means management is scared they won't be able to find the pilots, especially with the whole PSA/Envoy changes recently. Thoughts?
You could construe their reasonings any way you want. Speculating their actions would be the same as shaking the ol' magic 8-ball.
I have a friend who recently declined a class date from PSA because he heard that the training department was overly brutal on their new hires. Does that mean that PSAs training is completely unfair? Probably not, as it's just one sample. You can't just determine facts from someone's opinions.
All anyone can do for the time being is speculate.
