See the questions I posed to cacti. You are free to answer.
Here's another one for you. Would you like the same standards Nic applied to us applied to you. I mean, you guys were in chp11. Most of the airline world said that your management team was doing a lousy job and that their plan was doomed to fail. This merger is magically producing great numbers right after the closing, just like US/AW. Dang, imagine that. Should LUS pilots get extra credit for that? Let me help you-NO.
You cannot compare AA's situation to US Airways in 2005. You lied about the US Airways financial condition and I caught you with the SEC filings. Now you want to suggest that American was doomed/same situation as US Airways. If you are looking for sympathy on the Nic, you won't get it from me. Arbitration is a process that is not going to make everyone happy. The pattern I see is a blame game, whether it is ALPA, the arbitrator of the America West pilots. It is a relevant debate because it speaks volumes of the character flaw I see which was noted by the APA. It's called false assertions made by USAPA to the APA which were intended to mislead. The same thing you are doing here which speaks volumes of your character or lack thereof.
For example:
"The APA Seniority Integration Committee made our proposal public for simple reasons. The proposal reflects every commitment we have made to USAPA with regard to the seniority integration process and contradicts false assertions being made by USAPA in an effort to delay a single-carrier finding by the NMB. It is time to agree to a protocol before this affects the ability of APA and USAPA to move forward in areas of mutual interest, such as the JCBA."

That's what you get when you try to mislead and deceive the party sitting across the table.
