It is a relevant debate because it speaks volumes of the character flaw I see which was noted by the APA. It's called false assertions made by USAPA to the APA which were intended to mislead. The same thing you are doing here which speaks volumes of your character or lack thereof.
For example:
"The APA Seniority Integration Committee made our proposal public for simple reasons. The proposal reflects every commitment we have made to USAPA with regard to the seniority integration process and contradicts false assertions being made by USAPA in an effort to delay a single-carrier finding by the NMB. It is time to agree to a protocol before this affects the ability of APA and USAPA to move forward in areas of mutual interest, such as the JCBA."

I figured that you would say that I was comparing AA and US's financial condition. I didn't. What I said is that your company too was in in Chp 11 at the time of the merger, and your managments plan was scoffed at. With that,WHAT IF an arbitrator used his crystal ball to say that your future wasn't as bright as our, so he gave us a windfall. How would you like that? Try reading and answering the question.

You made some predictions about how the APA was going to handle us. How has that worked out? Why didn't just wait until SCS and do what the want instead signing the PA?
