Does anyone know why the disproportionate number of new hires to upgrades? I know the basic 2 to 1 rule for growth, but new hires of 50/month to 10-15/month upgrades means FO staffing is getting fat.
Guess that 1 year upgrade you were bragging about is a little farther off than you thought.....
