Every time a Fleet Captain is out for a meeting in HKG, they say it's coming. 18 Months ago we were told 24 months. Last meeting (April time frame I believe, it was after the IND base was announced so maybe May?) we were told, yes it will happen but with the start of IND base no time frame. Did hear from a crew bus driver in CAN last week that it will happen any day..however my Mandarin is not good, and he could have said, do you want fries with that?....
Rumors are floating that ALPA was informed or it was talked about with them...which begs the question, what do they want us to give up?
I'm sure we will find out out after the deal has been cut for us to give up something...
