Definitely need to do the sim and interview prep (Cage, Emerald, etc.)… why blow the one chance you get? I would also recommend that you don't memorize your TMAAT answers… what you need to do is have some solid baseline stories that can cover multiple TMAAT questions… that way you have a variety to choose from when you are stressed. I would caution memorizing how you answer… but more importantly the key points/facts… ending with "how" you learned from the TMAAT situation. Bottom line… these guys are professional interviewers and know when you are fumbling with a story, or seems to canned… be relaxed (as much as you can be), take a 30-45 seconds to gather your thoughts and then start answering. If they think you are lying the interview is done...
