80K for an XL FO is not bad, but that schedule BLOWS! Ridiculous considering the shortage of qualified pilots out there not already heading to the airlines. If you have the hours and a few internal contacts, Spirit and JB are hiring with 3-5 year upgrades and better schedules. Just sayin'...
