Jaw dropping to find the company actually believed the pilots would follow airframes to commute instead of changing planes and driving to work.
Here's what the SSC has to say about it in their September update:
"It is becoming clear the company is more concerned about following the direction of and modifying their manpower planning based on input from outside consultants who have no background and prior knowledge of pilot staffing, especially at UAL, as the SSC does."
