Having said that, training is not time for partying and living it up or dealing with other stressors in your life, if possible. Try to get as much of "life" taken care of to where you can let it run on autopilot for a couple of months. Tell your loved ones not to expect you home for 2-3 months, but that you will stay in touch as much as possible. Then focus your attention on training and living a healthy lifestyle and that is about it.

Or, in prior121's case, make sure you have a good gym membership, a bunch of games like Wolfenstein on your iPad, and at least 35-40 hours of content ready to go in your Netflix queue.

It's not rocket science--it just seems hard the first time you go through it because you're scared of failing (which is a good thing). Kind of like when you lose your virginity.
