Nothing to tell. The "enhanced" program is for carriers who feed both AA and US before the merger. They are getting the same program Republic is getting. It's nothing special other than access to both AA/US flights.

It was known fact that the aircraft used are leased. The option was to park them or keep them flying until the end of their lease term.
It is well known that SKW came to US and way undercut Mesa's price to operate those aircraft.
