Do you want an expedited contract or a good contract? A good contract might even require new union players. Maybe not,if they decide to see the light. But don't get hung up on how bad it would be to replace those that got us in this fix. American pilots did just that years ago and they saved themselves from a terrible consequence. If we got new blood that understand the game management is playing - new blood that wants to do the things that you don't understand - things that ARE legal now (more than just picketing), then I would be willing to add a little more time to the process in order to get it right.
