Interesting article by Reed in Forbes about the Nic dispute. It seems clear the outside perception is that that SLI was serious flawed. Leo puts out a statement that APA is supporting their inclusion, then back-peddles a bit terming it "assumed". When APA is asked for comment on the issue, they said "no comment". It's just an observation, but that doesn't sound that wet and sloppy to me.
