I won't sugar coat it for you like management does, but seriously if you do the math, you won't upgrade unless we get more planes at Mesa.
You needed to be hired before July 2014 for the current awarded flying to get any upgrade here right now...unless we get more flying. We only have 22 Ejets left to staff and we already hired those future Captains...

Its up to you if you want to believe the math or not... I'm just being straight with all of you.
