Hey...I'm fine with getting a little extra in pay instead of profit sharing. As long as the management understands that the Delta guys are getting, essentially, an extra month's pay every year. That means we need Delta + 8% just to be even with those guys.
Amen. Delta + 8% just to be even....PLUS the fact that we want to be industry leading....PLUS the fact that they will get significantly more next year potentially. I'd say Delta + 15% is in order. And same work rules. And NO CAVING ON SCOPE!
