Yes, absent an agreement between APA and AAG (which doesn't a pilot vote as this isn't a section 6 process), the JCBA resolution goes to interest arbitration.

You have to show some kind of personal salary inside an LLC for LTD to work.
Your example is different, as in showing a profit loss/gain overall.

Did you mean an LLC?
I have never delved into the depths of an LLC or a type S corp but I am pretty sure it doesn't work that way.
I did mean LLC. Sorry for the typo.

You can also put the LLC in your child's name. Consult a reputed tax attorney if you're interested.
